Hi, I’m Alexis,
founder of Barreista Be Well—a Milwaukee-based wellness brand rooted in mindful movement, strength, and balance. I’m a certified barre, yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness instructor, and I help individuals and organizations build sustainable wellness practices that support real life.
What started as a personal space to connect with others and share my passion for wellness has grown into a supportive community focused on cultivating a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
Barreista Be Well represents a community built on connection, balance, and mindful living. I believe wellness should feel accessible, supportive, and sustainable, not overwhelming or one-size-fits-all.
