Yoga Essentials
I have two weekends of Yoga Teacher Training in the books and I’m absolutely loving it. I never doubted that I would, but it’s nice to have it affirmed. I’m enjoying learning new techniques, interacting with my fellow yogis and ALL THE YOGA! We have been practicing twice each day and I’ve been going to at least two additional classes during the week. The more I get on my mat, the more I want to get on my mat.

Since essential oils are such an integral part of my wellness routine it was only natural, no pun intended, that I would incorporate them into my yoga practice. There are a couple blends I like to use before practice and sometimes after, a mat spray to keep my yoga mat clean and fresh as well as a couple other favorites for meditation.
