Healthy Habits - April Challenge
Monday is April 1st and I’m not fooling around! I am ready to tweak my routine a little and make sure I’m heading into this new season feeling my best. I’m launching my first Barreista Healthy Habits Challenge on Monday! It’s totally free, all you have to do is sign up!
The challenge will have you tackling one habit each week and then working on all of them in the final week of the month. Are you ready to tweak or shake up your routine? Do you need to incorporate some new behaviors into your day? How are you planning to get or stay healthy this Spring?
