Week-End Update

From Sage & Soul

The Rundown

Am I a broken record? This week was busy and went by in a flash. I blinked and now it’s Friday. It was a good week though and I was riding high on the yoga vibes after last weeks teacher training. I made it to three yoga classes this week, had my weekly ride with Bree and taught five classes in the studio. I also spent some time getting real excited about this month’s Young Living promotions. You can check them out here! I went DIY crazy making some new rollers, a yoga mat spray and a perfume. If you haven’t tried essential oils yet, you are missing out. I know that is a bold statement, but it’s true. I’ve found amazing support for my mind, body and immune health while working towards creating a non toxic environment in my home. If that doesn’t sound good to you than I don’t know what would.

Oh, wait, I do know! I’m planning a yoga, tea & oils event as an opportunity for woman to take a little time out of their day to relax with a gentle unwind yoga, connect with others and learn about ways essential oils can support their wellness. If you want to learn more click here.

As this week comes to a close I’m reflecting on all this new season of life has provided and I’m filled with gratitude. The fall reminds us that change is good. We must learn to let go of what is no longer serving us in order to open up the space in which we can invite in all the universe has in store for us!

Do you dare to share? Leave a comment with something you are grateful for or something you are ready to let go of.

I was having a discussion with my stepdaughter about what books she was reading for school and what books I was reading for fun. I was telling her about the book from two weeks ago, The Nightingale, and she mentioned she had been reading a book set in the same time period. I decided to check it out. Sarah’s Key was available immediately through the Libby app, which I use to checkout audio books from the library. I finished it in just a few days. It’s really nice to be able to show interest in what my stepdaughter is reading and be able to talk about the story. I can’t say that about all the books I read. With that being said, what should I read next? Have suggestions, I’d love to hear. Leave them in the comments.

I encourage you to pause today, take a few minutes to reflect on all that is beautiful in your world and have a wonderful weekend!
