My Oil Bag
This is really my first trip traveling with an arsenal of oils. I have traveled before with one roller ball and one oil to diffuse at night, but since incorporating oils into my daily routine so consistently that just wasn't going to cut it!
I talked about what I was bringing on my stories over the weekend while I was packing and I received some great additional suggestions. It is so fun hearing from you about how you use oils and each person has their own little tips and tricks that I am learning from, and I just love that!
I thought it would be fun to share with you what I ended up bringing and how I use them. I talked about my essentials bag before and I love that for carrying my daily roller balls in whether it's my purse, my barre bag or to yoga. However, for this trip I wanted something a little bigger that I could carry my roller balls and some bottles in for the whole trip. I highly recommend Tracey from
, her bags are beautiful and she provided incredible service to me. (this isn't sponsored, but Tracey if you read this, please sponsor me!)
Since we will be gone for a week I wanted to make sure I was prepared for whatever might come up. Let's be honest, when you travel and you are away from home and your regular day to day routine your body can freak out a little, at least I know mine can.
In walks my oils! Can I get an Amen?!
Here's what I wouldn't dream of not bringing with me and a few others that will be nice to haves on this trip.
Tummy Roller Ball - I use this nightly, I talk about it daily, I'm flat out obsessed. As someone who doesn't have a gallbladder and who struggles with gut health especially when I travel, this is a no brainer.
Aches Roller Ball - Since this is a fitness teaching vacation and I'll be teaching two classes every day I definitely wanted to bring this one along for any sore or tired muscles.
Wellness Roller Ball - Pretty much bathe myself in this every day to keep the germs away. That'll be in over drive while I'm traveling because, hello, germs and Jesus are everywhere!
Stress Away - I've made this bottle into a roller top bottle. I'm not sure what that says about me, but I don't care. I'll take whatever I can get my hands on for high stress and high anxiety times. Traveling can often times fall into that category, even on the funnest of vacations.
Thieves & Grapefruit to diffuse in the room.
Barre Bliss Roller Ball to wear as perfume.
Peace & Calming for night time.
Do you travel with oils? What are your favorite?
I almost forgot,
is the travel diffuser I use! One of the things I love about it is that you can just use the stick part and put it in a bottle of water if you don't want to bring the whole thing with you. Makes for a super easy item to travel with, which I am all for! Happy oiling.
